We are proud to announce that Gostilna Pri Treh Rinnikih, the French culinary guide Gault & Millau in his Slovene edition . This is an outstanding honor, a great reward for the efforts of the entire team and a huge motivation for the future.
Gault et Millau, founded in 1965 by Henri Gault and Christian Millau, presented Slovene cuisine for the first time this year in an independent edition. The commission unannounced visits catering establishments in Slovenia and awarded points from 1 to 20 on the basis of quality of food, service, prices and atmosphere. The wineries, which collected enough points, then received a grade from 1 to 5, graphically depicted by cooking caps. The restaurant at the three ponds received 13 points, and thus earned 2 cooking drops, which is a top achievement.
